After going thru Getting Equipped 1, Getting Equipped 2, DDG, and years of attending Man Challenge the Unleashed Workshops opened my eyes to a deeper calling. I began searching for how my journey—marked by loss and grief—could be transformed into something that helps others. That’s when God led me to First Hour Grief. Through this ministry, I discovered that my pain could become purpose. Now, I mentor and walk alongside those facing similar heartbreak, sharing hope and strength born from my own experience. My Unleashed Experience wasn’t just about growth—it was about finding a mission to turn sorrow into service.

Thank you so much for sharing this beautiful testimony, Kevin! May God bless you and fill you to overflowing with His grace as you serve Him and love on those who most need to experience His love and grace.
My son died of Leukemia at 2 yrs. 10 mos., a little over 60 yrs. ago. I was 19 yrs. old and single. I was crushed until I remembered that, as a Christian believer, I will see him again. If my parents had not taken me to church, all my life, I would not have had this HOPE.
I have had Kidney Cancer twice., Each time, I knew it would be fine because if I lived, I would be with people I loved and if I died, I would be with people I loved. In my book, that is a win - win situation.
