Poland 920 MSM
Please note :
- This trip is for 920 Middle School students, who will be going into the 8th grade for the 2018-2019 school year.
- All Middle School students must have a parent apply and participate with them on this trip. Only one parent per student.
- All trip participants must be an active Southeast member or attendee for at least 6 months with verifiable attendance/participation.
- All applications will be reviewed by the Middle School staff. Applying is not a guarantee of participation on the trip.
This team will come alongside Southeast Missions partner, Proem, by serving and participating in the International Mixer Camp. Three nationalities will be present - Israeli and Polish children and sponsors and our team. The camp will be an “international mix” of fun and learning for all thru sport, art, English and culture. The summer theme will be “THERE IS MORE…” and Bible teaching will focus on all that God adds to our lives.
The Southeast team will have opportunities to add to camp through - building relationships with campers and our young camp counselors/volunteers, possibly sharing testimonies/devotions/short sermons with campers or camp staff, and helping lead sports, big group games, English lessons, art/craft clubs.

This form must be notarized. The notary must use a RAISED seal when notarizing this form. The trip dates may include a few extra days before and after the actual trip dates to allow for possible change in travel
Requirements
Prerequisites
- Complete online application and $100 non-refundable deposit.
- Two photocopies of your passport and all required forms turned in by the deadline.
- Valid Passport – the expiration date on your passport MUST be 6 months beyond the return date of the trip.
- Immunizations – Southeast Mission Ministry supports the recommendations of the CDC. Please consult the CDC website at cdc.gov and your family physician.
Responsibilities
- Meet all paperwork and trip cost deadlines.
- Adhere to the Team Covenant at all times. *see Forms tab
- Attend all Team Meetings and Mandatory Retreat.
- Trip cost does not include your passport, immunizations, spending money and food/drinks in airports.

Preparation
- Pray.
- Discuss with your family.
- Submit 2 photocopies of your passport and all required forms by the deadline.
- Start the process for obtaining or renewing your passport as soon as possible, if you do not have one.
- Obtain immunizations and medications as advised by your doctor. Southeast Missions Ministry supports the recommendations of the Center of Disease Control www.cdc.gov/travel.
