HSM | Creative Worship Trip
The Blankenbaker Youth Creative Team is joining two Southeast missions partners and several churches for a week of worship and service in the US Midwest. The group will partner with Cookson Hills Christian Ministries in Kansas, OK and Christian Churches Disability Ministry in Versailles, MO as they offer encouragement and fellowship through worship and service. The team will also host worship at Ozark Christian College as well as churches in Flora, IL and Joplin, MO in an effort to reach unchurched youth.

We will do a quick overview and walk-thru of the programming elements of the trip in preparation for our retreat and rehearsal's.

Team Retreat & Rehearsal **MANDATORY** Required
This meeting is mandatory for all trip participants.
Trip members will receive trip itinerary and travel information, review team handbook, collect outstanding funds, and get to know their team. Team will then spend time rehearsing and running through setup for worship events occurring throughout trip.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- Complete online application and $50 non-refundable deposit.
- Complete required release forms.
- Complete Volunteer Application for Minors (ages 9-17) or Adults (ages 18-up)
- Complete Medical Care Power of Attorney (if applicable)
Responsibilities
- Meet all paperwork and trip cost deadlines.
- Adhere to the Team Covenant at all times. *see Forms tab
- Attend all Team Meetings and Mandatory Retreat.
- Trip cost does not include personal spending money.
Restrictions
- Must be age 13 or older.
Preparation
- Pray that God will work in your heart, preparing you for this opportunity.
- Pray that God would go before and prepare the hearts of those you will serve.
- Pray for team safety and travel.
- Discuss this trip with your family.
- Submit all required forms.
