2026 SE Online - Refugee Immigrant Immersion
Louisville, KY - March 2026!
This March, the SE Online team will take part in a three-day local mission trip at Southeast Christian Church’s Beechmont Campus, right in the heart of one of Louisville’s most diverse neighborhoods. Known as a hub for refugee and immigrant families, Beechmont is home to people from all over the world, bringing with them rich cultures, languages, and stories of resilience. During this immersion, the team will step into that world—sharing meals, listening to stories, serving alongside community partners, and learning how to better love and support neighbors who are rebuilding their lives. This experience is designed not only to serve but also to deepen cultural understanding and ignite a passion for living missionally in our own city. There are a few requirements to attend this trip.
1. Complete a Southeast Volunteer Application sent to you by Short-Term Missions.
2. Complete the online MinistrySafe training supplied by Short-Term Missions via email link.
3. All trips require a deposit, which is non-refundable. The IRS considers all monies going towards a mission trip as a charitable donation. To comply with IRS guidelines, we are unable to refund any monies submitted.
4. Once registration opens, you may begin fundraising. Please be aware, at no time are donations refundable. They are considered charitable contributions by the IRS, and as such, can not be refunded.
