San Salvador, El Salvador - March 10-17, 2026!
Join Southeast Christian Church on an exciting mission trip to serve with Mike Silva International (MSI) in San Salvador, El Salvador, in March 2026! MSI is known for its powerful, large-scale festivals that combine high-energy concerts, compelling gospel messages, and compassionate outreach to impact entire cities for Christ. These festivals are more than just events—they are strategic evangelistic efforts that involve local churches, community service, medical clinics, and food distribution, all leading up to a multi-day festival that draws thousands. As a part of the team, you'll have the opportunity to serve behind the scenes, support local outreach efforts, and experience the joy of seeing lives transformed by the gospel. There are a few requirements to attend this trip.
1. Complete a Southeast Volunteer Application.
2. Complete the online MinistrySafe training.
3. All trips require a $100 deposit, which is non-refundable. The IRS considers all monies going towards a mission trip as a charitable donation. To comply with IRS guidelines, we are unable to refund any monies submitted.
4. Once registration opens, you may begin fundraising. Please be aware, at no time are donations refundable. They are considered charitable contributions by the IRS, and as such, can not be refunded.
5. Passports: If you do not have a passport at time of trip registration, please immediately apply and have it expedited. If your passport will be expiring within six (6) months of return date, you are required to get it renewed.
6. Common food allergens: Milk and dairy.
7. Food Safety: Anything cooked or peeled is safe. Street food is NOT recommended.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- Southeast Volunteer Application must be completed within 5 days of trip application. Missions Ministry will send to each applicant who has not already completed one.
- MinistrySafe online training must be complete within 5 days of trip application.
- Non-refundable $100 deposit is required at time of application.
Responsibilities
- SE Volunteer Application - Missions Logistics will send to you if this is needed.
- Mandatory attendance at team meeting(s) and overnight team retreat. If you can't attend the retreat (3 weeks before trip departure) please consider a different trip.
- If your passport expires within six (6) months of trip return, it needs to be renewed prior to trip departure. If you do not have a passport, please make an application appt ASAP!
- It is the team member's responsibility to fundraise for the trip. If fundraising goals are not met, participant will either be required to cover the amount not raised or drop from trip.
- All deadlines must be met and participant acknowledges missing a deadline will cause disqualification from trip.
- Read & agree to the Social Media Policy.
Restrictions
- This trip requires participants 18+ only. Please read full descriptions before applying.
- Physical Limitations: This trip requires copious amounts of walking, climbing, and long days. Please speak to the team leader for more information about the trip before applying if you think you might not be able to walk to long hours.
- Allergies: If you have a severe allergy requiring the use of Epi-Pens in a critical situation, please discuss with the trip team leader.
