2024 Hope Alive Zambia - Discipleship Training
A SE team of 6 will be going to Ndola, Zambia to conduct discipleship training.
Routine vaccinations are required for this trip. We recommend going to the CDC site to see the vaccines required. Typically, it is recommended to do an anti-malarial, Hepatitis-A, Typhoid, and Yellow Fever vaccine.
Restrictions:
1) Trip members must be adult members of Southeast Christian church or have verified attended for at least 6 months. Youth over age 12 applying must have a parent applying and both must actively participate on all aspects of the trip.
2) Trip members must have a current passport with an expiration date that goes 6 months beyond the last day of the trip.
3) Trip members must be able to actively walk long distances over uneven terrain and climb stairs.
4) Daily basic travel insurance is included in your trip costs.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- Vaccinations may be required by the country. Please check the CDC web site to see recommendations.
- Vaccines are not covered by trip cost & are sole responsibility of the participant.
Responsibilities
- Upload clear, color image of passport via Trip Application or by using My Dashboard. Image needs to be .jpd or .pdf.
Restrictions
- Non-Refundable $100 trip deposit is required within 48 hours of receiving conditional acceptance email.
- Participants must have a SE Volunteer Application on file. Missions will handle this piece & send one if required.
- Participants 18 and over must have current MinistrySafe training on file. Missions will advise if it is needed.
- Passport must be valid through January 22 of 2025. If expiring prior to that date, passport needs to be renewed prior to trip departure.
