Northern Arizona Network Coordinator
The Northern Arizona Network Coordinator brings together like-minded Christian entities, each committed to the advancement of God’s Kingdom in Northern Arizona, into relationship, collaboration, mutual support, and encouragement. The goal is to create a network in which partners can utilize and share in each other’s strengths, passions, connections, and resources in order to together spread the Gospel’s message and impact. This position is full-time (40+ hours per week).
Responsibilities
1) Launch and grow a network of pre-existing Kingdom-focused organizations, churches, and businesses

Recruit and welcome ministry partners

Augment the capacity, resources, and connections of all ministry partners
2) Encourage new and innovative ministry efforts

Increase the amount of new ministry activity
-
Communicate alignment and overlap among ministry partners

Inspire collaboration among ministry partners
3) Promote what God is doing in Northern Arizona
- Set the vision for the ministry network
- Support ministry partners and help them encourage one another
- Advocate for God’s work in Northern Arizona
- Inspire partners and communities to live out their faith in God
4) Organize and coordinate mission trips

Connect people to partners within the ministry network

Work with ministry partners to determine potential involvement and projects for mission teams
Actions
1) Convening: The Network Coordinator will encourage, organize, and carry out regular meetings among ministry partners within the network. Such meetings may include:

Annual summits

Monthly gathering of ministry partners (online or in person)

Leadership workshops and trainings
-
Hosting and promoting church planting and new ministry workshops
-
Encouragement-focused regional meetings for church planters
2. Communicating: The Network Coordinator will spread the mission and vision of the ministry network through such avenues as:

Social media presence, independently and/or through partners

Website updates or monthly blog posts

Monthly newsletters
-
Video podcasts
-
Speaking engagements
3) Coaching and Connecting: The Network Coordinator will engage in one-on-one coaching for ministry partners and/or establish such coaching and mentoring relationships among partners.

Able to recognize overlaps in mission and strategy and then connect potential partners to the network or active partners to one another

Able to organize and coordinate meetings, projects, and collaborations that include multiple ministry partners

Able to effectively communicate the network’s vision to partners (whether potential or active), to the various communities in Northern Arizona, and to supporters

Able to develop and maintain numerous relationships in a pastoral manner

Requirements
Prerequisites
- The Northern Arizona Network Coordinator is expected to raise 100% of his/her salary, benefits, and expenses through the development of relationships with financial donors, whether those donors be individuals or churches.
Restrictions
- Bachelor’s degree from a 4-year college or university is preferred
- Experience working with churches and business and interacting with ministers and leaders
- Willingness to travel throughout Northern Arizona regularly
- Highly organized and can handle managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strategic thinker and self-starter who takes initiative to reach goals and deadlines
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned
