2024 GO! Dominican Republic - Men's Trip
The SE Men's Ministry is headed to the Dominican Republic to serve alongside GO! Ministries.
Our team will be working with a local pastor to build a bridge in the community, reaching out to families, youth and children, demonstrating the love of Jesus in practical service. It's a great opportunity from the Lord to not only learn about missional cross-cultural ministry, but also for each trip member to better understand their individual identity and purpose as a disciple of Jesus Christ.
A Southeast Christian Church partner, GO! Ministries has been empowering local leaders to make disciples and reach their communities for more than 30 years through the principles of mentorship, mission and multiplication.
This trip will include a lot of walking and physical exertion. Trip members will also need to bring their own bedding and towels.
All trip participants must be members of Southeast Christian Church or have verifiable attendance of six months.
Trip cost includes airfare, lodging, meals, and transportation on the ground. It does not include spending money, coffee/snacks, parking at or meals in airports.

Restrictions:
1) Trip members must be adult members of Southeast Christian church or have verified attended for at least 6 months. Youth over age 12 applying must have a parent applying and both must actively participate on all aspects of the trip.
2) Trip members must have a current passport with an expiration date that goes 6 months beyond the last day of the trip.
3) Trip members must be able to actively walk long distances over uneven terrain and climb stairs.
4) Daily basic travel insurance is included in your trip costs.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- If over the age of 18, MinistrySafe must be completed and current. The Missions Ministry will send this to each person who does not have it after they have signed up for the trip.
- Please upload clear, color copies of passports to ServiceReef via the My Dashboard link at top of page in jpeg or pdf format. Passport must be valid 6 months from trip return date.
- Southeast Volunteer Application must be completed within 5 days of trip application. Missions Ministry will send to each applicant who has not already completed one.
