Women's Retreat - The Samaritan Women
A team of women from Southeast will serve alongside The Samaritan Women (TSW) as we help host a women’s retreat. The Samaritan Women’s mission is to promote health, healing and hope for survivors of human trafficking. TSW offers a transitional residence program for women who are recovering from trauma and trafficking. The program also offers innovative culinary arts vocations and a therapeutic program that includes urban farm management training.
Objectives
- To encourage the staff and residents at The Samaritan Women
- To host the residents for a weekend retreat of fellowship and encouragement as we offer hope through Christ

This meeting is mandatory for all trip participants. Trip members will receive trip itinerary and travel information, review team handbook, collect outstanding funds, and get to know their team.

Responsibilities
- Meet all paperwork and trip cost deadlines.
- Adhere to the Team Covenant at all times. *see Forms tab
- Attend all Team Meetings and Mandatory Retreat.
- Trip cost does not include spending money and food/drinks in airports.
Restrictions
- Trip members must be 18 years or older.
Preparation
- Pray that God will work in your heart, preparing you for this opportunity.
- Pray that God would go before your team and prepare the hearts of those you will serve.
- Pray for team safety and travel.
- Discuss with your family.
- Submit all required forms.
