Southwest HSM - Appalachia Trip
NOTE:
This trip is for students and leaders from Southwest Campus.
All trip participants must be an active Southeast member or attendee for at least 6 months with verifiable attendance/participation.
Our Southwest HSM team will spend Spring Break week serving the Appalachia Region. They will join with Crossroads Mission, a Southeast-supported missions partner, for a week of worship and service in Prestonsburg, Kentucky. The group will engage with local churches, schools and community groups through service, games and fellowship. This is a great opportunity for students who have a passion for missions and service.
Objectives
- Offer a high-energy, spirit-filled week of service, worship and team-building
- Serve alongside the churches and their ministry partners in the community
- Bond with fellow students in the group as they share the common goal of spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ

Mandatory Retreat Required
This is mandatory for all trip participants. You will participate in team building activities, review the team handbook, receive travel information, etc. Attendance is required in order to serve on this trip.

Responsibilities
- Meet all paperwork and trip cost deadlines.
- Adhere to the Team Covenant at all times. | See Forms tab
- Attend ALL Team Meetings and Mandatory Retreat.
- Trip cost does not include your spending money and food/drinks in airports.
Restrictions
- This trip is for students age 13 + and HSM leaders.
- Must be an active Southeast member or attendee for at least 6 months with verifiable attendance/participation.
