Miami Church Plant - Fall Festival
Calling all face-painters - and those who wish to learn! A team from Southeast will serve alongside Miami Church, a Southeast-supported church plant that launched in the Coconut Grove area of Miami in 2014. Our team will set-up/clean-up and host a face-painting booth at the Coconut Grove Pumpkin Patch Festival. With over 25,000 expected attendees, this 3-day community event will serve as an excellent tool to promote Miami Church and will offer opportunities for the church to build relationships in the community. The goal is to help the church provide an atmosphere of celebration and family bonding through fun, food, games and activities!
Considerations
All team members will be required to complete a background assessment prior to leaving for this trip. Age Limit: 18

This meeting is mandatory for all trip participants. Trip members will receive trip itinerary and travel information, review team handbook, collect outstanding funds, and get to know their team.

Prerequisites
- Complete online application and $50 non-refundable deposit.

Responsibilities
- Meet all paperwork and trip cost deadlines.
- Adhere to the Team Covenant at all times. *see Forms tab
- Attend all Team Meetings and Mandatory Retreat.
- Trip cost does not include spending money and food/drinks in airports.
Restrictions
- Trip members must be 18 years or older.
- Possible outdoor service in hot weather conditions.
