Ladies Trip - The Samaritan Women Staff Break
- Feb 27 2019 - Mar 3 2019
- Baltimore, MD
- Southeast Christian
A team of ladies from Southeast will travel to Baltimore, Maryland to serve The Samaritan Women (TSW), a ministry partner of Southeast, whose mission is to promote health, healing and hope for survivors of sex trafficking. TSW offers a transitional residence program for women who are recovering from trauma and trafficking. The ministry also offers an innovative culinary arts program that includes urban farm management training. Our team will oversee the weekend schedule and build relationships with the residents, providing an opportunity for the TSW staff to co-host a human trafficking conference at our Lagrange Campus.
All team members will be required to have 6-month attendance verification and complete a Volunteer Application, Missions Release and our online Ministry Safe Training (if not previously completed) prior to leaving for this trip. Links to these forms will be available during the application process.
