Cookson Hills Fall Jamboree
Overview
A group from Southeast will be partnering with Cookson Hills, a ranch-like residential facility for at-risk children. Our team will help host and a Fall Jamboree with a goal of providing an unforgettable opportunity for family bonding and growth through games and challenges. . The jamboree serves as a strengthening tool for the families at Cookson Hills and also a celebration of the relationships being formed. This event is a great way to love and build healthy confidence in each student.
Considerations
Please remember the students of Cookson Hills have come from troubled backgrounds. All team members will be required to complete a background assessment prior to leaving for this trip. Age Limit: 18

Mandatory Team Retreat Required
This meeting is mandatory for all trip participants. Trip members will receive trip itinerary and travel information, review team handbook, collect outstanding funds, and get to know their team.

Prerequisites
- Complete online application and $50 non-refundable deposit.
- Forms required - see end of this application.
Responsibilities
- Meet all paperwork and trip cost deadlines.
- Adhere to the Team Covenant at all times. *see Forms tab
- Attend all Team Meetings and Mandatory Retreat.
- Trip cost does not include spending money and food/drinks in airports.
Restrictions
- Trip members must be 18 years or older unless approved by trip leader.
Preparation
- Pray that God will work in your heart, preparing you for this opportunity.
- Pray that God would go before your team and prepare the hearts of those you will serve.
- Pray for team safety and travel.
- Discuss with your family.
