CCDM Family 2 Trip
Overview
A group of families from Southeast will be joining with the Christian Churches Disability Ministry (CCDM) to help with needed service projects as well as host a family-oriented fun day. The families will spend time encouraging and building relationships with the residents at CCDM through fun and games in a carnival-like setting. This is an excellent opportunity to serve with your family and to set an example of missional living.
Objectives – To serve CCDM by:
- Encouraging the staff and residents
- Accomplishing small service projects on campus
- Providing a day of fun for CCDM residents
- Leaving lasting impressions of Jesus on the residents through our interaction and love

Mandatory Retreat Required
This meeting is mandatory for all trip participants. Trip members will receive trip itinerary and travel information, review team handbook, collect outstanding funds, and get to know their team.

This form must be completed and notarized if minor is travelling without a parent. The raised seal must be used in states where it is required. The trip dates may include a few extra days before and/or after the actual trip to allow for possible changes in travel. - Complete online application and $50 non-refundable deposit.
- Complete required release forms.
- Complete Volunteer Application for Minors (ages 9-17) or Adults (age 18+)

- Must be age 8 and older.
- Outdoor activities in the summer heat.

- Pray that God will work in your heart, preparing you for this opportunity.
- Pray that God would go before and prepare the hearts of those you will serve.
