2026 PROEM Poland Junior 3 Camp

PROEM Zakosciele, Poland - July 31st - August 9th 

Get ready for an unforgettable summer adventure at PROEM’s Junior 3 Mixer Camp in Zakościele, Poland! Happening in late July to early August, this high-energy camp serves kids ages 7–12 and is all about exploring sports and creative arts—photo, video, graphic design, music, dance, worship, guitar, basketball, soccer, and more! Southeast Christian Church is putting together a team of up to 15 people (ages 10 and up) to serve for 10 days, including travel. We’re looking for volunteers who love being active, enjoy working with elementary and early middle school kids, and have a heart for creative ministry and/or sports. Whether you're leading a workshop, assisting with meals, playing sport, helping on the climbing wall, sorting donations, or simply building friendships with campers, there’s a place for you on this team. Please note: the camp involves a lot of walking, and days can be long and physically demanding—come ready to serve with energy, flexibility, and joy!

There are a few requirements to attend this trip.

1. Minors and adults must complete a Southeast Volunteer Application.

2. If age 18 or over, complete the online MinistrySafe training.

3. All trips require a deposit, which is non-refundable. The IRS considers all monies going towards a mission trip as a charitable donation. To comply with IRS guidelines, we are unable to refund any monies submitted.

4. Once registration opens, you may begin fundraising. Please be aware, at no time are donations refundable. They are considered charitable contributions by the IRS, and as such, can not be refunded.

5. All passports must be valid six (6) months after return date. If your passport will be expiring within that time frame, it will need to be renewed ASAP.

6. Common food allergens: Gluten is very common and found in breads, pierogi, ,and soups thickened with flour.   Dairy is in dishes such as place (potato pancakes), cheeses and sauces.  Tree nuts are occasionally found in cakes and pastries.  Zakosciele is a small village and the camp serves group meals, it is crucial participants clearly communicate dietary issues to team leader so a conversation can be had about safe accomodations (if possible).
