2026 PROEM Poland Intermixer Camp

Zakosciele, Poland - July 24th - August 2nd

Southeast Christian Church is sending a mission team to serve with PROEM Ministries at Intermixer Camp in Zakościele, Poland—a vibrant, high-energy camp designed for teens ages 13–18 from across Eastern Europe and beyond. This 10-day trip (including travel) welcomes participants ages 14 and up, with a maximum team size of 15. Intermixer Camp is packed with sports, games, workshops, crafts, and relational ministry opportunities, creating space for youth to encounter the love of Christ in a fun and engaging environment. Team members will assist in all areas of camp life, including helping with meals and clean-up, leading or supporting activities, running sports and climbing stations, organizing donations, facilitating workshops, and offering encouragement to campers—many of whom come from refugee or underserved backgrounds. This trip involves long days, lots of walking on uneven ground, and minimal downtime, so participants should be physically prepared and eager to pour out energy for the sake of the Gospel. There are a few requirements to attend this trip.

1. Minors and adults must complete a Southeast Volunteer Application.

2. If age 18 or over, complete the online MinistrySafe training.

3. All trips require a deposit, which is non-refundable. The IRS considers all monies going towards a mission trip as a charitable donation. To comply with IRS guidelines, we are unable to refund any monies submitted.

4. Once registration opens, you may begin fundraising. Please be aware, at no time are donations refundable. They are considered charitable contributions by the IRS, and as such, can not be refunded.

5. All passports must be valid six (6) months after return date. If your passport will be expiring within that time frame, it will need to be renewed ASAP.

6. Common food allergens: Gluten is very common and found in breads, pierogi, ,and soups thickened with flour.   Dairy is in dishes such as place (potato pancakes), cheeses and sauces.  Tree nuts are occasionally found in cakes and pastries.  Zakosciele is a small village and the camp serves group meals, it is crucial participants clearly communicate dietary issues to team leader so a conversation can be had about safe accomodations (if possible).
