Mission Trip: 2025 PROEM Kontakt
Overview: Join PROEM as they enter multiple cities throughout central Poland to help with service projects and to be local examples of God's love! Along with these service projects, PROEM will put on concerts with bands from the U.S. to create the opportunity for the public to have fun and get connected to the church.
Mission: During this week, PROEM partners with the local government to receive projects that their staff and volunteers complete, leaving a lasting footprint on the community. This is an integral part of their church planting vision; they want to move into spaces that know, trust, and have friendship with their staff.

Zakosciele, Poland
Cost:
$3,150 (includes travel, lodging, meals, and all mission-related activities). It does not include airport meals, travel to/from local airport, tolls to airport, or souvenirs.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- If over 18, Southeast Volunteer Application must be completed within 5 days of trip application. Missions Ministry will send to each applicant who has not already completed one.
- If over 18, MinistrySafe online training must be complete within 5 days of trip application.
- Non-refundable $100 deposit is required at time of application.
Responsibilities
- Complete all Southeast required forms by the first trip meeting.
- Mandatory attendance at team meeting(s) and overnight team retreat. If you can't attend the retreat (3 weeks before trip departure) please consider a different trip.
- Ensure passport expiration date is 6 months or more after trip return date.
- It is the team member's responsibility to fundraise for the trip. If fundraising goals are not met, participant will either be required to cover the amount not raised or drop from trip.
- All deadlines must be met and participant acknowledges missing a deadline will cause disqualification from trip.
- Read & agree to the Social Media Policy.
