Mission Trip: 2025 EPEK Men's Trip
Overview: RESTRICTED ACCESS COUNTRY
This team will minister in Central Asia to do discipleship training, trauma training, and bring medical care and encouragement to Afghan refugees.
Purpose:
The intension of this trip is to allow for meaningful relationships to be built, local needs to be met, and the gospel to be modeled and shared.
Dates:
November 4th - 11th, 2025
Location:
Dushanbe, Tajikistan
Cost:
$3,440 (includes travel, lodging, meals, and all mission-related activities). It does not include airport meals, travel to/from local airport, tolls to airport, or souvenirs.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- Southeast Volunteer Application must be completed within 5 days of trip application. Missions Ministry will send to each applicant who has not already completed one.
- MinistrySafe online training must be complete within 5 days of trip application.
- Non-refundable $100 deposit is required at time of application.
Responsibilities
- Complete all Southeast required forms by the first trip meeting.
- Mandatory attendance at team meeting(s) and overnight team retreat. If you can't attend the retreat (3 weeks before trip departure) please consider a different trip.
- Ensure passport expiration date is 6 months or more after trip return date.
- It is the team member's responsibility to fundraise for the trip. If fundraising goals are not met, participant will either be required to cover the amount not raised or drop from trip.
- All deadlines must be met and participant acknowledges missing a deadline will cause disqualification from trip.
- Read & agree to the Social Media Policy.
