2024 PROEM Poland - MSM Fall Break
This trip is open to everyone and is being facilitated by the Elizabethtown campus.
The Southeast Elizabethtown Campus's Middle School Ministry will be traveling to Zakosciele, Poland to serve with PROEM Ministries. This trip is open to the E-town Campus congregation.
Restrictions:
1) Trip members must be adult members of Southeast Christian church or have verified attended for at least 6 months. Youth over age 12 applying must have a parent applying and both must actively participate on all aspects of the trip.
2) Trip members must have a current passport with an expiration date that goes 6 months beyond the last day of the trip.
3) Trip members must be able to actively walk long distances over uneven terrain and climb stairs.
4) Daily basic travel insurance is included in your trip costs.

Requirements
Prerequisites
- A non-refundable deposit of $100 is due within 48 hours of conditional acceptance email.
- Southeast Volunteer Application must be completed within 5 days of trip application. Missions Ministry will send to each applicant who has not already completed one.
- If over the age of 18, MinistrySafe must be completed and current. The Missions Ministry will send this to each person who does not have it after they have signed up for the trip.
- Please upload clear, color copies of passports to ServiceReef via the My Dashboard link at top of page in jpeg or pdf format.
Responsibilities
- Updated vaccine requirements are NOT included in trip cost. Required vaccines are sole responsibility of participants. Please visit the CDC website to check requirements for your destination. https://wwwnc.cdc.gov/travel/destinations/list
Restrictions
- Open to ages 11 and up.
- Passport must be valid through April 4, 2025. If expiring before then, it will need to be renewed prior to trip departure.
