2024 Mike Silva Costa Rica - Elders/Pastors/Church Leadership

SE is partnering with MSI on their "Reckless Love" project.  This project aims to provide participants with a fresh and practical vision of how to renew their ability to bring the message of Christ's unconditional love to the lives around them. Through a workshop-conference, which will conclude with an evangelistic event, MSI and SE seek to transmit the wisdom accumulated over the years by our experienced teams. 

The project will be carried out through an interactive workshop-conference, combining theoretical presentations with practical exercises and group discussions. Relevant topics will be addressed, including effective communication strategies, empathy, understanding contemporary needs, and how to convey the message of Christ authentically and relevantly. 

Pastor and Communicator Ray Corea will provide insights on using media and technology to reach today's audience effectively. With over 30 years of experience, his perspective will offer a fresh and challenging view of effectively communicating the UNCONDITIONAL message of God's love.

Training highlights include:

1.    Foundations of Unconditional Love: Exploration of biblical principles of unconditional love and how to apply them in daily life, transforming them into practical strategies for the changing world we live in today.
2.    Effective Communication: Strategies for communicating the message of Christ clearly, relevantly, and compassionately, with results that surpass the invested effort.
3.    Empathy and Understanding: Developing skills to understand people's needs and responding with love and understanding. Recognizing areas that hindered and caused our outreach skills to stagnate.
4.    Practical Evangelism: Exercises & role-playing to apply teachings in real-life situations. Examining many unique situations that the body of Christ faces in this generation, leading to an explosion of ideas that will take us to another level.

This trip is being facilitated by the SE Indiana campus and is specific to Church Leaders/Elders/Deacons.
