Terms and Conditions

To be cleared for the disaster response field team, each volunteer acknowledges they will complete the following within the required deadline timeframe:

1. Submit (if not already on file) a Volunteer Application for working with minors and vulnerable adults - Missions Ministry will send to you if you do not already have one on file or if it needs to be renewed.

2. Complete MinistrySafe online training (if not already on file) - Missions Ministry will send to you if you do. not have one on file or if it needs to renewed.

3. Complete the Southeast Approved Drivers forms.  There will be two you must complete in addition to supplying a copy of the front and back of your current drivers license plus a copy of your current insurance card.

4. Get a tetanus shot, if you have not had one in the past 10 years.  

5. Each member will sign the Southeast Team Covenant.

6. Each member will sign the Evergreen Legal Waiver.
