CrossRoads Missions - Yearlong Intern - Appalachia

WHEN
Open Enrollment
WHERE
Langley, KY
CrossRoads Missions offers yearlong internships for college-age students seeking to impact the world around them. Our interns join the cause of community transformation as they engage with our fields of service--as well as our work nationwide through Help Build Hope. Yearlong interns will have assistance through support raising. Interns are engaged in the cause of community transformation and lead our group participants in construction-related activities, community events, community outreach, and relationship building. Our interns become the "face of CrossRoads Missions" to each volunteer group and lead the ministry efforts of the field with the participants. Yearlong interns also have the opportunity to invest in relationships that they build with those in the community as well as extend the longevity of CrossRoads Missions by serving and working within the community.

What makes CrossRoads Missions’ intern program unique?

Immersion – Whether they serve for a summer or a year, our interns dive into the community transformation efforts of CrossRoads Missions in each field of service.

Engagement – Our interns impact the world we live in by becoming part of the communities where they serve through construction, outreach, and community events.

Service – Our intern program is grounded in the core principles of CrossRoads Missions to impact communities one house, one family, and one neighborhood at a time.

Development – Our interns experience profound personal, spiritual, and professional growth, building life and work skills that will benefit them for years.
